HOPE Foundation is a member of the West Valley Homeless Services Implementation Task Force, joining Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, county officials, and service providers to shape a formal implementation plan, set measurable goals, and build governance and funding for a regional response to homelessness.

Mountain View

HOPE Foundation serves as a Point-in-Time (PIT) count surveyor for Mountain View and Sunnyvale, supporting the upcoming January count by helping conduct in-person interviews with unhoused residents across both cities. This work feeds directly into the regional data that shapes funding and services for people experiencing homelessness.

What are we doing?

We believe outreach alone isn't enough. That's why HOPE Foundation is committed to turning what we learn on the ground into pressure for real policy change, from prevention funding in San Jose to safe parking solutions in Sunnyvale. We're following the issues, showing up where decisions get made, and making sure the voices of unhoused community members shape the policies built for them. Because dignity isn't just something we practice one on one. It's something we fight to build into the system.
